Tracey is forever juggling her outside interests with work as with a one acre perennial garden, two horses, one dog and cat, and not forgetting one husband, keep her busy. On top of this, Tracey has just completed 4 years of study and is now a qualified animal homeopath. She hopes to specialise in skin cases in whatever spare time she gets!
Tracey has now been with Knapps for over 20 years having moved from Wellington where she spent several years working for large corporates. Prior to this Tracey had graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Arts and completed training as a secondary school teacher. Tracey still finds Knapps a challenging environment to work in. “Technology has totally transformed the way a law firm operates and how legal services are delivered,” she says. “Add the growing awareness of running a law firm like any other business and being client orientated, the scope for continual improvement is on-going and never really stops.”
Tracey is primarily responsible for the administrative, human resources and marketing functions of the firm.
