It’s not every day you have an ex-police officer from the Cape Town Traffic Police Force (Mounted Patrol Police) on the payroll but that is what we have with Angie! Fortunately for us she chose to emigrate from South Africa to England in 1999 – a move which initiated a complete change of career and kick started her love of the legal profession.
In 2007, and after 9 years in the UK, Angie and her husband, plus two children, emigrated to New Zealand settling in Nelson. Ten years later and armed with far more legal experience and a formal legal qualification (New Zealand Legal Executive Diploma) she found her way to our home!
Talking of which it is the legal processes involved in buying and selling of homes which Angie loves – in particular helping clients through what can be a nerve racking process. She thrives on the cut and chase of residential work – the tight deadlines, multiple files and resolving unexpected issues – three things that would have most people heading for the hills!
To offset the stress of the job, Angie loves the outdoors including fishing, walking and keeping fit (which includes running around after her youngest son and his sporting activities).
